I can’t say enough good things about East Bay Fertility & Hormone Therapy Center! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The team is not only professional and knowledgeable but also warm, attentive, and great listeners—which makes such a difference especially when you are in the thick of it. It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch care and expertise with such a pleasant and supportive atmosphere. I came in feeling sad, scared and worried and left feeling confident, happy, and already looking forward to my next visit. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like more than just a patient, this is it!!!

I have been a patient at East Bay Hormone for several years. After reviewing several option I decided to try testosterone replacement with pellets. I have been very happy with the results. Much more even levels. Does not have the highs and low of shots or other methods. Has drastically helped my energy levels. But I was still struggling with my weight. After talking with them about it we made a plan and with there help and alot of hard work. I am down 79 pounds in 6 months. Cannot thank Dr. Andrew, the Hormone coordinator/manager Shanda, NP Holly, and NP Chris enough for helping me to make educated decisions on my health and how to maintain for a healthy future. Entire staff is so pleasant and amazing.

Previous to finding East Bay Fertility my husband and I were at the University of Utah. Because we live much closer to Payson, after two failed implants and a failed IUI we switched to Dr. Andrew’s. Within one visit he diagnosed me with PCOS and endometriosis which had not been diagnosed by our other clinic and explained a lot about our situation. It was not just my husband with some struggles but me as well. This allowed me to get on the correct supplements and medications. We just did our transfer so we’ll see if it works! Along with this, everyone at East Bay Fertility is super kind! Especially our fertility coordinator, Audrey. I always felt welcome and understood in this clinic, like a priority not just another patient.

My experience here has been a 10+. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Andrew’s is definitely an expert on fertility and hormones. I have been a patient for both.

I’ve been going to East Bay for hormone therapy for about 10 years. They have given me back my life! I’m a nurse and Dr Andrew is the best at reading labs and prescribing therapy. His PA IS AWESOME!

Before I got tested and treated at this clinic I was really struggling. Tried everything to lose weight and get more energy. I never felt motivated and struggled to sleep. Everything felt like a chore and I was always exhausted. After getting my levels checked and started treatments/supplements I had a drastic change. I get projects done I haven’t been able to make myself do, for literal years. Constantly motivated. I sleep a lot better. I’ve lost 25 lbs and I’m overall much happier with myself. The fact that most of the things they prescribe are more natural and homeopathic made me feel much for at ease for treatment. I’ve had a wonderful experience with this office and will continue to there!

I was a hormonal mess! Now I am a happy and balanced woman with the energy and stamina I was lacking. My husband is thrilled with my results! Through blood work they also diagnosed and treated me for several other health issues I hadn’t known about, including metabolic syndrome and pre diabetes! They have given me a longer and healthier life than I would have enjoyed otherwise. And bonus: everyone is nice and friendly ❤️. Thank you East Bay Staff!!!!
